1. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
When you place an order for an item marked "Pre-order" or "Coming Soon", we place a special order with our supplier on your behalf. Please consider carefully before placing such an order and do not proceed unless you are 100% sure you want the item.
2. Prices are fixed.
The price of a pre-order item is fixed at the time of order and will not be adjusted either upward or downward if the price later changes.
3. Items may be shipped separately.
Items from a pre-order may be shipped separately, as they are dispatched as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
4. Delivery dates are approximate. The estimated arrival dates in the cart are approximate. Items may arrive earlier or significantly later than stated.
5. Unconfirmed orders will be cancelled. Once one or more items from your pre-order arrive at our warehouse, the order will be automatically created. You must confirm it within 3 calendar days. If not confirmed, the order will be cancelled and the items returned to the catalog for general sale.
6. Cannot be combined. Pre-order items cannot be combined with any other orders in progress until they have arrived at our warehouse.
7. Delivery is not guaranteed. While delivery of pre-ordered items is not guaranteed, placing a pre-order significantly increases your chances of receiving the item.
