Характеристики модели: Porsche has a habit of creating models that pay tribute to the milestones in its history. This time, the Porsche 911 Carrera Panamericana celebrates the 356 S from 1952, the first Porsche to take part in the famous Mexican Carrera Panamericana (1950 - 1954). In this competition, Prince Paul-Alfons von Metternich and Baron Manuel Antônio de Teffé covered more than 3,100 kilometres across Mexico in 23 hours and 18 minutes and took first place in their category. To celebrate this event 70 years later, Porsche has created a special version of the 911 Carrera S. The vehicle is painted in gentian blue metallic and is reminiscent of the design of the original 356 S. The wheels of the 911 Turbo are painted in the same colour as the body of the 356, while other elements are reminiscent of the 1952 model, such as the number 11 on the doors. In the interior, the grey leather seats are decorated with embroidery reminiscent of the Carrera Panamericana, with a logo in the shape of an old racing helmet. This commemorative car, commissioned by Porsche Latin America and Porsche Mexico, was built in collaboration with the mechanic of the racing team at the time in order to respect the characteristics of the 356 S as closely as possible.
